TPS61094: Super strange phenomenon

Part Number: TPS61094
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS61099

Hi,

I'm using TPS61094 as a boost power supply to deliver 3.3V.

I've noticed an output voltage instability : 3.3V, going up to 4, 4.5 and even 5V.

After very long trail I found that the the output voltage increment is related the direct light (not heat!!)  that the component exposed to.

In the attached video you can see the shadow of the screwdriver falls on the TPS61094, and how it affects on the output voltage.

I can reproduce the phenomenon in the Lab by using a flashlight.

Any idea??

Thanks,
