This FAQ applies for LP8752x-Q1 and LP8756x-Q1 family devices.
Datasheet for LP875x-Q1 devices typically does not include OTP default information since there are hundreds of OTP spins on this product family and maintaining this information in datasheet is not feasible. OTP information is therefore included in Technical Reference Manuals for the particular OTP spin. You can find these TRMs in the product folder if it is a catalog spin. There are also custom spins and these TRMs are not public. To get custom OTP spin TRM you need to ask the application/sales team for it.
