Please help recommend High Side Driver with protection

1. Requires 2.5A for horn control and turn signal control (I see TPS27S100 available)

We have another question about the calculation, and need your support,
In Input Filtering, it is mentioned that the requirement consideration of the ±30% tolerance of the internal resistances,
Want to confirm that the internal resistances in the article are the RINTs in the picture below?

According to this sentence, the RINT of INA211 is typically 2 kΩ,
Putting on the ±30% tolerance will fall within 1.4 kΩ~2.6 kΩ, right?
