BQ78350-R2-DEVICE-FW: ASCDL and ASCD was set

Dear TI expert,

i used BQ78350+BQ76940+BQ76200 design one 11S2P system, when i active the PCBA board, the communication ok, when i reset the PCBA and let's FET_EN enable, the charge and discharge mosfet turn ON, no problem, when i charge the battery the ASCDL and ASCD was set, can not charge. some pcba i shutdown and then active again, the ASCDL and ASCD was clear, but one can not clear. I measure the PCBA no short.

    I noticed in the gg file that the ASCD is set to 67mV which is lower than your AOLD threshold setting (100mV). You can also adjust the ASCD Latch Limit and ASCD Reset values if needed. Section 3.6.2 of the BQ78350-R1A TRM shows how the ASCD feature operates in more detail.

    If your system has a large in-rush current, it might be triggering the ASCD when you first enable the FETs. The BQ78350-R2 firmware also supports a pre-discharge feature. You can read more about this in the R2 TRM Addendum: https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sluubm6/sluubm6.pdf
