    Hey Prakash, In the suggested part no I just found 1 that's TPS7A24, all other Ics are different in terms of package and output. 

    I need a same to same pin compatibility Ic which we can replace in our circuit. 
    Output requirement: 5V
    Pacakge: SOT-23

    Dheeraj,

    TPS7A2450DBVR would be your best option here if you do need p2p in SOT-23.
