LM74500-Q1: LM74500-Q1 & LM74700-Q1: Questions about Device temperature grade 1

Part Number: LM74500-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM74700-Q1

Hello TI expert,

Here are some questions about Device temperature grade 1 in datasheet of LM74500-Q1/LM74700-Q1.

Background: The maximum ambient temperature of LM74500-Q1/LM74700-Q1 is 125℃ in our application, we can see that there is the description in page 1 of datasheet:

Device temperature grade 1:
–40°C to +125°C ambient operating

So we think it is OK in our appliction since it is a device temperature grade 1 and the maximum junction temperature is 150℃ .

But we also see the parameters condition: TJ = 40°C to +125°C in the chapter "6.5 Electrical Characteristics", we feel confused if we can use it.

Questions:

1) Does it mean that the parameters are guaranteed only in the condition of the maximum junction temperature is 125℃?

2) Can the parameters be guaranteed if we use it when the ambient temperature is 125℃?

3) If the anwser of item 2) is No, what's the deviation if we still use it when the ambient temperature is 125℃?

Thanks in advance.
