    Hi Yuya,

    I can only answer the TPS61378EVM information. For TPS7A4701, maybe you can create a new threat to ask for corresponding team for help. 

    The total size of TPS61378Q1EVM-060 is about 1900mil* 2500mil. But because there is other useless trace or area which is typically can be removed on customer's application, we place it on EVM for better evaluation. The core area of TPS61378 will be much smaller than it.
