How about the LTC(the lot trace code on marking) and lot no(the lot number on label)?

Are the LTC and lot number also matched?

We need to know which specific reel has a problem.

19AXLCG3 come from lot 1272280,

the lot number you show is 1272278, 

these 3 are split lot from same fab lot .
