Hi Team,

Our customer encountered an error when he imported the unencrypted PSpice model of UCC2813-5-Q1 to LTspice. The model is not working, showing too many nodes in the simulation as shown in the screenshot below. What could be the cause of this error?

Hi,

TI does not support LTSpice or the use of TI models translated to LTSpice. I did find this previous E2E post related to the error you are seeing but this case seemed to be related to importing an encrypted model when you are using an unencrypted model? Also, if your do a search on "LT Spice too few nodes error", you will find many Q&A discussion groups around this topic.

I also ran the UCCX805 & UCCX813-5 TINA-TI Startup Reference Design TINA transient model available from the UCC1813-5-Q1 product folder and it runs without errors. TI offers modelling support for TI simulation tools including: TINA-TI, PSPICE for TI, Webench Power Designer and TI Power Stage Designer.

Thank you for your response. Here is the feedback of our customer.

Thank you for the replay. But I already used many TI products in LTspice, because TI providing PSpice model along with TINA model. For example, TLV3501 recently I worked in LTspice. But for this IC, UCC2813-5-Q1 its Pspice ( UCCx805, UCCx813-5 Families PSpice Transient Model (Rev. B)) model is not working. TINA is working properly, but our requirement is spice simulation. Thank you for your information this will be helpful for the further analysis.
