The TPS795 data sheet has the incorrect information posted in the "6.4 Thermal Information" section. The DRB (VSON) is labeled as having 6 pins, and the DCQ (SOT-223) is labeled as the 8 pin option. This is reverse as to what the rest of the data sheet tells us. I was just hoping to get some clarification as to which column pertained to which package/pin option because they are vastly different values.

    Let me take a deeper look into this.

    If we look at TPS796 which is the 1A version of TPS795, the table shows the following:

    They share similar thermal information. Furthermore, I looked into the Q1 version: 

    But let me confirm this with the team. Please allow 1-2 days for a response.

    I have confirmed that the Thermals are correct for the package description and that there is a typo error with the pin #s. We will take the corresponding actions to get this corrected.
