Although LM3481-Q1 is not functional safety capable, do we have Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA document for it?

Thanks for reaching out to us.

I could not find such documents here, but as this is one of our elder devices there might be other places where to search for such documents.

I will need to ask the colleagues in the US but due to the bank holiday it may take until mid or end of next week until I can get back with a definite answer.

I spoke to our local Functional Safety representative and he has confirmed that we do not have such document available for the LM3481-Q1.
