BQ2947: power dissipation

hi Team,

customer want to check the power dissipation of the IC.

for example at condition

(V4–V3)=(V3–V2)=(V2–V1)=(V1–VSS)=4.0 V / IDD=2uA at TA = 25°C

what's the IC power dissipation? how might we compute for this?

Hi John,

Table 7.4 of the datasheet shows the thermal information for the device.

is there any reference on how we can know the power value of the IC?

the table 7.4 mentions the temp rise based off the power as well?

Hi John,

This should be VDD x IDD, so the power of the IC is very small.
