    Thank you for the query.

    The UCC3817 and UCC3818 are second generation possible p2p replacement for the UC3854. 

    You can also consider the UC2854x family. 

    All of the parts mentioned are compatible from a pinout, package & functionality perspective, but system level specifications need to be considered to see their impact on your specific design.Please let us know if you have any further questions.
