I'd like to use TPS548A20RVER for DDR4 VTT termination. Can you tell me if this part can support sink and source current?

Hi Briana,

The device can sink and source current in forced continuous conduction mode (FCCM). To set FCCM mode, tie the MODE pin to either PGOOD or VREG with a resistor as outlined in Table 3 of the datasheet.
