Hi,

I need your help on EVM bring up for UCD3138OL64EVM-031.

Here is my environment,

PC(Win10) - [USB Interface Adapter] - [UCD3138OL64EVM-031]

We can see usb adaptor and LED are on

Software :Fusion Digital Power Designer Ver 7.7.1[2021-10-01]

Problem：When software starts up, "No Devices Found" is comes up

Can you suggest how I can fix this?

Any idea to check?

    Kasuya-san, the Fusion Digital Designer has separated from the UCD some time ago.  It is used for other parts.  The UCD family uses the Fusion Digital Power Studio which is found here:

    https://www.ti.com/tool/FUSION-DIGITAL-POWER-STUDIO

    If you try that, I think you will find it will work much better.  

    Also please come up with a very important project, only blocked by a difficult technical problem which I will have to come to Japan to solve.  I miss visiting Japan.  Of course you may also have to make Covid go away to make this possible.
