LM358: for LM5020 Dithering Circuit "What is the bias current

Part Number: LM5020
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM258, LM358B

Hi,

I am currently using this dithering circuit(Which i have enclosed below) with LM258DGKR or LM2904ST op amp in my POE design.(As per TI app note)

Now the both the parts are not available, So i have to go for some other alternate. can i use LM358BIDGKR in the place of LM258DGKR location?

while comparing the datasheet of the LM358B and LM258 the input bias current of the LM358B  very low.(Which i have marked on the Datasheet table below)

  1. How to calculate the bias current of the below circuit?
  2. What are the other parts can i use in this location?
  3. Kindly pls suggest some alternate parts.
