LP87702-Q1: No output

Part Number: LP87702-Q1

Dear teams,

My customer is using LP87702Q1.

At present, the problem phenomenon has been located in the PMIC chip: LP87702KRHBRQ1 There are two phenomena we have found so far:

Phenomenon one: The 5V and 1.0V no-voltage output (0V) of the PMIC, the 1.8V power rail only has a voltage output of 0.7V, the SW_B0 pin output is a fixed 0.7V, and there is no Switch signal; the frequency of the samples is 300pcs. 6pcs; Cross-validation This phenomenon follows the chip, not the PCB and peripheral circuits; TI colleagues are needed to assist in investigating the reasons for this phenomenon in these samples;

Phenomenon two: Compared with other normal samples, the pull-up sequence of PG0 with 1pcs samples is longer than that of other normal samples, and the time reaches more than 1s, but the output voltage of PMIC is normal; because our configuration uses PG0 to pull down NRST, long-time PG0 pull-down will cause the radar to fail to start; TI colleagues are needed to help investigate the reason for the long PG0 pull-up interval of this sample; the measured waveforms are shown in the attached case2, and the normal sample is attached Figure see Normal;
