Our customer would like to use only Ch1 of TPS54294.
Please let us know how to following Pins treatment when they don't use Ch2.

Kura,
I need to check the internal schematic with design to ensure there is no issue with this. I will provide an update once I hear back from the team. On initial glance, this may not be a problem as VIN1 is used to derive VREG5 voltage which is crucial for the gate drive circuitry. Are you planning on leaving these channel 2 pins open?
Thanks,
Amod
Hi Kura,
We do not have easy access to design database or an EVM handy. Based on datasheet, channel 1 VIN is used to drive internal VREG5 voltage. However, you can use it this way:
1. Short VIN1 and VIN2
2. Tie EN2 to GND
Thanks,
Amod

Thank you for your reply.
Please answer the remaining following pins.
VBST2
SW2
PGND2
PG2
VFB2
Since the mounting area is also strict and this Ch2 is not used, they would like to configure it with only the minimum necessary parts
without using inductor etc. if possible.

Amod-san
Thank you for your support.
From your answer, we will advise following pin treatment to customer.
VIN2::short to VIN1
EN2: short to GND
VBST2: leave open or short to ground
SW2: leave open or short to ground
PGND2: leave open or short to ground
PG2: leave open or short to ground
VFB2: leave open or short to ground
