    Thanks for your question.

    Are you saying that you have found the low side mosfet damaged (low resistance) on  TPS62290-Q1?

    Can you provide further info?

    If this is the case, one possible explanation for this damage is an overvoltage on the SW node exceeding the Absolute Maximum Ratings.
