UCC21225A: Smaller solution than UCC21225A

Hi,

My customer is using UCC21225A but looking for another device in parallel because of the supply constraint. The smaller package is preferred. It looks for me UCC21225A is the smallest solution. Functionally UCC21220 and UCC21222 would work but they provide SOIC-16 package only, which is much larger than UCC21225A's LGA-13 package. Any suggestion that I might miss? Thank you for your advice!

    Hi Ella,

    Thanks for reaching out on E2E! UCC21225A is the smallest solution we have as far as isolated dual-channel drivers. Some isolated single-channel drivers are slightly smaller but two of them would still be larger than one LGA package.
