We only have EV2300 interface board,

Could we use EV2300 to try try AFE and Gauge operation?

Do we need to buy EV2400 to try these function?

    Hello Wawafish,

    bqStudio supports EV2300 but we recommend using an EV2400 for evaluation for the following reasons.

    EV2300 supports SMBus, I2C and HDQ. EV2300 does not support SPI or UART.

    EV2300 was designed to work with 32 bit Windows and may not work on 64 bit Windows.

    EV2300 requires external pullups for I2C communication.
