Dear Sirs,
My customer feedback the LP5030 cannot turn off the red LED.
1. After customer function testing ok, the products were stored in stock. However, after some period and customer test again and found the red LED can't turn off.
The Vled is 5V and for the NG port, the OUT pin will be 3.1V and the red LED turned on. (the good port is 3.9V.)
2. change another LP5030 and the issue is fixed.
3. customer tries to set the Vled to 4.5V, but the red LED still keeps on. (the OUT voltage will decrease, too)
4. there are 2pcs LP5030 per board, and only 1 pcs will fail at the same time and will not change.(NG will not recover)
5. while the issue occurs, customer still can control LP5030, but can't display the correct color.
