Do we have the Lead finish and Ball Material data for BQ79616-Q1?
Is it also NIPDAU as same as -612/614?
We do not have data even here(tps://www.ti.com/quality-reliability-packaging-download/report?opn=BQ79616PAPRQ1)
Secondly, do we have hand solder rate information for BQ79616 and BQ79600?
I think we can refer to here(https://www.tij.co.jp/jp/lit/an/spraby1a/spraby1a.pdf) for reflow solder but not for hand solder.
