Hello team, 

Customer has used LMZ14203TZE-ADJ/NOPB and LMZ14203TXE-ADJ/NOPB on their boards. Due to recent shortages, they are thinking of using LMZ14203HTZ/NOPB as a p2p replacement. Any issues or concern with that?

    Hello Sepeedah,

    This would be the high output version of this module family, given the larger inductance integrated. I would suggest the customer to re-evaluate their BOM in webench with the alternate device, for stability, by referencing the bode plots.

    In addition, a potential long term supply solution might be to consider newer devices such as TLVM13630
