I made some more tests. The issue seems to be in the model of Q2 - if you replace this and use the MOSFET from the example it is working.

thanks a lot Stefan , it is work now :) i want to ask a question. i tryed webench webcite . The web cite show design files and alternative options. 

i check one design . But %50 absolete unit on digikey or mouser etc. İ try to choose alternative unit . But all of alternative is absolete on webcites. Could you share your team this topic about active/passive selectable unit on webench? thanks a lot effords
