BQ76920: P-Spice model

Hello,

I am designing a BMS board with a BQ76920. I would like to apply protection by means of high side switch (PNP mosfet).

I would like to simulate the correct behaviour and for this reasons I would like to know if there is any PSpice model of the BQ76920 or at least a model of CHG and DSG pins.

Hi Stefano,

There is not a P-Spice model for this device or for the FET drivers. I have not seen examples using high-side PCH FETs, but the BQ76200 is commonly used to drive high-side NCH FETs.
