Hi, 

I have being working on bq27742evm. I Kept charging for evm and took remaining capacity readings.The readings are good as expected. Now, I was trying to get same result for custom board. The current sense resistor we are using is 25mohms. So, I tried to adjust calibration factors. Gain:25.003, delta:25.000,cc offset:1519,board offset:2. Now I tried to see charge readings. Initially the readings are good but after 30mins, the capacity is going to maximum range and being constant(ex: from 1150mAh it is jumping to 2130mAh).But voltage is good as in multimeter reading. Initially current also seem to good, but during sudden change in capacity, parallely observing current reading got changed. Not matched current readings with multi meter. 

How to get good capacity readings for 25mohms current sense resistor.

    Hello Kavya,

    We specify the sense resistor range in the datasheet to be 5mOhm to 20mOhm, BQStudio may not allow you to configure the flash values higher.

    Can you please share a .gg file after doing the calibration procedure, then a .gg file after the issue occurs, along with the BQStudio log?
