TL4051C: difference between TL4051CQ and TL4051CI

Dear Specialists,

My customer is considering TL4051CQ instead of Tl4051CI due to the delivery issue.

They have a question about the electrical specification, I would be grateful if you could advise.

---

TL4051CQ is specified -40 to 125deg, on the other hand, TL4051CI is specified -40 to 85deg.

The electrical specification is different because of the different temperature range.

When TL4051CQ is used -40 to 85deg, is it possible to think the electrical specification is the same as TL4051CI.

You don't need an additional data.

We believe that the TL4051CI and TL4051CQ are using the same die.

In the datasheet, the same graph is also used in typcal caracteristics.

Therefore, we believe that the characteristics of TL4051CQ (-40 to 85 ° C) can be expected to be the same as those of TL4051CI.

We think this idea makes sense.

Yes, generally speaking TL4051CQ (-40 to 85 ° C) can be expected to perform same as TL4051CI.
