I see a thread 5 years ago that suggest use TPS3890 as the replacement for BD4142HFV. Do you have newer suggestions ?
Could you help to indicate TI feature to compete with BD4142?

Hi Matthew,
The TPS3890 is still a good replacement for the BD4142HFV. The TPS3890, compared to the BD4142HFV: has a lower supply current, 2.29uA vs 7.5uA; wider operating temperature, -40degC to 125degC vs -10degC to 100degC; higher voltage threshold accuracy, .5% vs 2% (stipulated from their datasheet values).
