    Hi Evan,

    Yes, here are the standard thermal metrics for this device (HKR package). Please note that any differences from the values currently in the datasheet are due to updates to the thermal model that have been implemented since the last datasheet update.

    RθJA Junction-to-ambient thermal resistance 22.8 °C/W
    RθJC(top) Junction-to-case (top) thermal resistance  7.4 °C/W
    RθJC(bot)  Junction-to-case (bottom) thermal resistance 0.34 °C/W
    RθJB Junction-to-board thermal resistance 7.0 °C/W
    ψJT Junction-to-top characterization parameter 1.1 °C/W
    ψJB Junction-to-board characterization parameter 6.8 °C/W
