Can you explain what you mean by positional relationship?

Below are the Package Outline, PCB Boar Layout, and Stencil examples for the TO-252 Package. This is what we always show in our Data Sheets and it is included in the LP38690 DS.

Parts name LP38690DTX-3.3

I will attach the data sheet downloaded from the TI web-site.

The dimensions are different from the documents presented.

Which drawing is correct?
