LM74700-Q1: Reverse voltage protection for a motor

Part Number: LM74700-Q1

Hi ,

I want to use the LM74700-Q1 to drive a mosfet. This mosfet would power a phase of a motor.

The specifications of the chip satisfy me, however there is one thing I am not sure. My circuits have to be able to accept a ≈ 150V reverse voltage (if my motor continues to spin the voltage can reach that threshold).

My LM74700-Q1 would have  a pin connected to the ouput of the mosfet (cathode pin). How would that pin react in such situation? It the chip still suitable for my application ?

Thank you very much!
