TPS54394: Similar part, higher switching frequency

Are there any parts like TPS54394RSAR, QFN footprint and pin out but that run at a higher switching frequency?

In the 2A to 4A output range, it doesn't exactly need to be a dual 3A output part.

Hi Graham,

Similar parts which are p2p are TPS54294/TPS54394/TPS54494. Unfortunately, they all are around 700kHz frequency. where you are looking to reduce IC Ipk current by increasing switching frequency, then the simpler alternative is to increase the inductance value.

Hi Graham,

Yep that looks to be compatible too but only runs at 700kHz.
