What are the key parameters which changes across different grades? Which parameters don't change across different grades of shunt regulators ?

    Shunt regulators are typically released in multiple accuracy and temperature grades. Only Initial accuracy and temperature variation gets changed for different grades.  

    All the other parameters eg. cathode /reverse current, impedance response, frequency response and stability remains same for all the grades.
