LM5035C: LM5035C

Part Number: LM5035C

Hello.

I have used LM5035C before for low voltage 48V input power supply, half bridge or push-pull topology.

Now I want to make a high-voltage power supply with 300V input and 24V output of 500W.

I wonder if it can be done with 5035C?

If so, which one is better, half bridge or push-pull? thanks.

  • Hello,

    Yes, you can use LM5035C for high voltage after some changes.

    1). Start up circuit for VDD, you may need an auxiliary winding from main transformer;

    2).  Use external High side and Low side gate driver, which boot-strap diode and high side GD can handle high voltage.

    Regards,
