Need for your help analyze the reason of REF5050 low accuracy ，because my customer bought 2500pcs REF5050AID， but after they have a test on the board, most of the part ‘s accuracy is only 0.6%, not meet 0.1%；
so What factors might influence such an outcome ? the datacode is 1848, Whether it is related to chip storage conditions
