Question:
We carried out product out-of-warehousing inspection after SMT was completed, and found that there were suspected "holes" on the surface of some chips, as shown in the figure below.
The batch used 960 (batch 2119), and the number of defective chips was 19.
Then we checked the remaining 98 pieces in stock (58pcs batch 2118 40pcs: batch 2119) one by one, and found that 2 also had the same problem.
Appeal:
1. Please answer whether there is a quality problem with this product?
2. Can we continue to use the products that we have completed the patch?
3. Is this a batch(2119) problem?
