Customer come to us to check if we get PMOS+NMOS in a single part, I checked our portfolio, find no part, could you help check if we get this part?

    Hello Will,

    Thanks for promoting TI FETs at your customer. Unfortunately, we do not make any dual, complementary P+N parts. The customer would have to use 2 discrete FETs for their application. Let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
