BQ40Z50: 3s learning cycle successfully not completed maximum Error showing 100%

Can you please send the gg file and log file from BQStudio. Also, can you send a screenshot of BQStudio
of when the error occurs.

The packet checksum mismatch error means the gauge was expecting a certain value but did not receive it.
I would recommend updating your firmware on the gauge to see if that solves your issue.

yes i am not able to complete the full learning cycle because in between suddenly stops charging shows Xcharge Flag. again if reset they it will start charging.  once charge completed keep  it for rest 2hrs. then discharge  will start till full discharge status. they keep rest for 5hrs. after  5hrs. charge will not happen. if reset they charge will start.

The cell undervoltage, cell overvoltage and over current in charge bit are
being set in the Safety Status AB register.

Make sure you disable any protections on the gauge and use the protections from the equipment, or
set the protections appropriate. for the battery.

Also, make sure to run a CC CV charge cycle for the battery. This is to ensure we cover the
full DOD range for the battery.

Lastly, make sure you are using the correct chemID. You can use the GPCCHEM tool
to verify this.

we have set the protection and loaded Chemistry ID. do the Learning Cycle.

charge full and FC bit high in register. relax 2hrs. Discharge full and FD bit High then relax 5hrs. then check Update status 05. they try to charge the battery not charging. why? find the discharge Log data, gg file and BQ studio screen short please help further.

It looks like the CUV (cell under voltage) bit toggled again, which is why the battery
would not charge at that point.

I would check what you have set for your CUV threshold in the protections section in
Data Memory and set this value low enough so the protection does not trigger.

srec file generated.  once FC flag happen  XCHG and XDSG flag appear in the register if connect discharge not not happening discharge. once we RESET discharge will start what could be the issue.

The Short-circuit During Discharge Latch (ASCDL) and Short-circuit During Discharge
(ASCD) bits toggled in the Safety Status AB register.

The most likely cause for this is that there is a short in your circuit.

i disabled  ASCDL and ASCD bit. after this short circuit function reset. but the over current protection not happening as per the setting current  protection it will trigger 2A lesser than  setting current.
