ULN2003LV: How much max peak current in single pulse

Hi there,

   i have questions about ULN2003LV:

1. Can we tie 7 channels together to offer 700mA sink current? From Fig.2 on data sheet, it seems workable.

2. Is there max. peak current number? My customer condition is pulse sink current for 200mS duration. In this case, do we have peak current limit? saying 300, 500mA.. at 3.3V input. Thanks.
