TPS7A4701-EP: 5.5V supply for TPS7A4700

I am using TPS7A4700 to supply 5.3 V to a Vref IC (REF5050MDREP) to get 5V stable o/p. but soon realize that, I need a 5.5 V supply to TPS7A4700 for its proper working. Pease suggest me ways to supply 5.5V from my FPGA boad which can output 5V only. ( I need to convert 5V to 5.5V).

You can consider using the boost converter TPS61023, which could convert 5Vin to 5.5V Vout. Thanks.
