This part is not recommended for new designs, we no longer support continuing development for tools. BQEASY is the software to interface with this gauge.

Its not for new design, just needed to support the programming of this device with our programmer.

Is there any programming guide or application note available?

Hello Peter,

The documents page for the BQ20Z45 will have all the related resources available, the app note I linked above seemed to be the most related.

If you are using an SREC it has a standard pre-defined format you can use to develop your own updater.
