We have an existing design which generates 30V from 24V input with the LM5176-Q1. We have received a new batch of assemblies which are exhibiting issues. The issue is that the Inductor get extremely hot. The last build of boards did not exhibit this problem. The layout and components have not changed. This happens with no load. There are definitely differences in the switching of the MOSFETS between the two boards. What type of issues could cause this problem. We are looking to narrow it down.
