Hello, E2E

Our product uses CSD95372BQ5M and CSD95377Q4M.
And we are evaluating them now.

The following undershoots are detected from the waveform of the VSW pin in normal operation.
1) -1.31 V (11 ns) at CSD95372BQ5M.
2) -1.03 V (13.5 ns) at CSD95377Q4M.

These are above the absolute maximum rating for "VSW to PGND", could they damage the device?

Yes, you are correct. It is similar topic and -0.3V is the DC spec.

Considering the AC specifications, is my case okay?

OK　　-7V (<10ns)　　：From datasheet.
OK　　-1.1V (20ns) ：Yaita-san's case.
OK？　-1.31V (11ns) ：my case 1.
OK？　-1.03V (13.5ns) ：my case 2.

You cases are fine. the body diode should protect against the negative spike.
