I have an inquiry about the operation of BQ25616J.
A strange phenomenon occurred while the product was placed in a small constant temperature bath and evaluated.
Charging in a 25 ° C setting environment: OK (A full charge signal is output, the battery voltage normally drops from 4.1v by 0.2v to 0.3v, and it is released from the charging system.)
Charging in a 30 ° C setting environment: NG (No full charge signal is output, battery voltage remains around 4.1v, STATpin gives an error (1Hz) after a certain period of time, but battery voltage remains 4.1v for charging It doesn't finish. The voltage gradually drops, but it doesn't feel like it's being released.)
The thermistor on the protective board in the battery pack is normal, 0 ~ depending on the setting
Since it is set to 4.1v full charge between 60 ℃, I do not know what is different between 25 ℃ and 30 ℃ (NG even at 35 ℃ or 40 ℃).
BQ25616J setting
ICHG:400mA
ILIM:400mA
VSET:4.1V
OTG and CE_ 100OHM PULLDOWN
D+ and D- OPEN
VBUS:5V / 400mA is supplied from the non-contact power supply unit, and exclusive input with another system (usb) by a diode.
BATTERY:li-ion pack 3.7V/1200mA/h with There is a thermistor (TH05-3H103FR MITSUBISHI MATERIALS) on the protective board, which has almost the same characteristics as the explanation in the data sheet of BQ25616J, so the values such as resistance were diverted.
