LM22674: Better replacement for new design

Part Number: LM22674
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS5450, TPSM63602, TLVM13620, TPS54061, PTN78000H, LMR38010, LMR51430, LMR50410

I am working on upgrading an existing design that uses an LM22674 for a 5V supply.  At low currents, 100-200mA, this supply isn't very efficient.  I would like to replace it with a more efficient supply.

I have looked at parts like the TPS5450, but a WebBench simulation shows about the same efficiency.

There are some great new devices out there like:

  • TPSM63602
  • TLVM13620
  • TPS54061

But with no stock available, and lead times over a year, what should I put in a new design?
