TPS2590: Replacing TPS25910 with TPS2590

Part Number: TPS2590
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS25910

Team,

A customer wants to replace TPS25910 with TPS2590.  Pins 6, 8 and 9 are tied to GND in the TPS25910, but these pins are used for different purposes in the TPS2590.

IFLT will now be tied to GND, which means there is no current fault.

RTRY tied low means it will auto-restart.

CT is tied to GND.

Do you see any problems with this?

Thanks,

Darren
