REF70: Question on REF70 spec

Hi team,

Could you give me comment on following customer questions?

Q1. Is there any difference between plastic package (VSSOP) and ceramic package (LCCC) other than long-term stability spec? Or if product spec has any difference caused by package type, could you give me comment on that point?

Q2. The datasheet shows temperature drift distribution on REF7025 only as Figure 7-2, can the distribution be considered as the similar on REF7050? Or what the temperature drift distribution of REF7050 is like?

Hi Takeshi

Q1- Long term drift , Solder shift and thermal hysteresis are different for VSSOP and LCCC package . All the other specs are same for both the packages.

Q2 - Temperature distribution for both REF7025 and REF7050 are similar.

Thank you for your comment. BTW, when will the REF70 VSSOP package be shown in TI.com product folder? I couldn't find the part number for the VSSOP package.
