I read TPS7A7001 datashhet and found R_θJAis 46.4°C/W, R_θJC(top)is 54.2°C/W. I am not sure if R_θJC(top) is error or not. Why R_{θJC(top) value is bigger than RθJA one?}

Depending on package type and board layout, this value can be larger.
