Dear TI,
I would like to ask what is the difference between REV A and B of TPS386000RGPR. I found on TI website this part has multiple assembly site. Is that possible if the chip country (CCO) is Japan, then the parts are ROHS Exempt? We have historical orders from this part, the COO is MY , CCO is USA and that part was ROHS. the current part is COO PH, CCO is JP, but ROHS Exempt. Based on PCN 20150624005A there was Wire bond change, it might be the reason for different ROHS status? (AU wire bond vs CU wire bond) Also would like to ask REV A and B also still in production, or REV A is no longer available? Thank you! Adrian
